1. What this website is

This site is a product catalogue and enquiry channel for industrial, laboratory, pharmaceutical and agrochemical raw materials. It is not a shop: no prices are binding, no order is placed through this website, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. A sale exists only once we issue a written proforma invoice and you accept it.

2. Accuracy of product information

Specifications, CAS numbers, purity grades, hazard classifications and application notes are published in good faith for general guidance and may be revised without notice. They do not replace the manufacturer’s current Safety Data Sheet or Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch you receive. Always read the batch-specific documents that accompany a delivery before use.

3. Documents offered on this site

MSDS, TDS, SDS and COA pages describe the documents we can issue for a product and allow you to request them. A Certificate of Analysis is issued only against a specific manufactured batch; nothing downloadable from this site is a batch certificate.

4. Restricted and controlled substances

Several substances are subject to licensing, precursor control or end-use declaration under Indian law and under the law of the destination country. We supply such materials only to buyers who hold the necessary licences and who provide an end-use declaration. We decline enquiries we cannot verify, and we do not supply to private individuals. Some products have been withdrawn from this catalogue for these reasons.

5. Export compliance

Where we export, the buyer is responsible for import permits, customs classification and any local registration in the destination country. Delivery terms, lead time and documentation are agreed in the proforma invoice.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse this site and request quotations. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service, resell its content, misrepresent yourself when submitting an enquiry, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, product data compilation, logo and documents on this site belong to Green Vision Technical Services unless credited otherwise. Third-party trademarks named for identification remain the property of their owners.

8. Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites operated by our group or by third parties. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, nor anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, as opposed to the batch documentation supplied with goods.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
