This policy explains what personal data Green Vision Technical Services (“we”), operator of pharmacloud.in, collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can have it corrected or erased. It applies to every page on this domain.

1. Who we are

We are the data controller for the information described below. Questions about this policy, or any request to access, correct or delete your data, should go to the e-mail address above.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. We do not buy personal data, and we do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site.

3. Third parties your data reaches

We use a small number of processors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

• AgriPeople CRM (agripeople.in) — the customer relationship system operated by our own group where every enquiry is stored so a salesperson can answer it. Enquiry forms on this site transmit directly to that system over HTTPS. This is the only destination your enquiry is sent to.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregate traffic measurement. It does not receive the contents of enquiry forms.
• Render (Render Services, Inc.) — hosting for this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — only if you choose to start a chat using a WhatsApp link. Your message is then governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it, for example to a regulator investigating a controlled or restricted substance enquiry.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to comply with the record-keeping obligations that apply to chemical supply. Enquiry records are kept for up to seven years to satisfy tax and regulatory audit requirements, then deleted.

5. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies; you can block them in your browser or with any standard blocker without losing any functionality on this site.

6. Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and enquiry submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to our sales staff.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to sales@fertilizerindia.com from the address you used, or call +91-7507006931. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business chemical supply site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
